On the other hand, there are a few disadvantages of sky train. One evident drawback is the large cost it takes to build overhead tubes. Materials to construct this infrastructure is expensive, so the government needs to spend a large budget to build it. In addition, many people are worried about the safety of the sky train when it has been operated in Vietnam before. They are afraid of accidents that sky trains may cause.

In conclusion, sky train has both benefits and drawbacks but I think its advantages are more than disadvantages. Therefore, this means of transportation should be encouraged to be used for the present time.

The government could take some methods to overcome this problem. Firstly, the government should invest in improving living conditions, educations and so on to limit brain drain. For example, they open more institutes (viện) for research and higher education. Secondly, the government could encourage companies to improve working conditions and create more jobs for skilled workers. For instance, qualified workers should receive a fair salary according to their lever of skills and knowledge. This helps to attract talents to come back to their home country.

In conclusion, there are some reasons why highly educated people migrate (di cư) to other countries. The government could take the above steps to solve the brain drain problem and help the country develop more.

Nên làm gì khi gặp đề VSTEP lạ?

Giữ bình tĩnh và đọc kỹ đề

Khi gặp một đề VSTEP lạ, việc đầu tiên bạn cần làm là giữ bình tĩnh, hít thở sâu và đọc lại đề ít nhất 2 lần. Gạch chân các từ khóa chính, xác định xem đề thuộc dạng bài nào. Khi bạn xác định đúng dạng đề, việc lập dàn ý và chọn cấu trúc phù hợp sẽ dễ dàng hơn rất nhiều kể cả khi chủ đề không quen thuộc.

Áp dụng cấu trúc bài mẫu quen thuộc

Khi gặp đề lạ, đừng cố gắng sáng tạo một cách ngẫu hứng, vì điều đó dễ khiến bài viết mất kiểm soát hoặc đi sai hướng. Thay vào đó, hãy áp dụng “bài viết mẫu 15 câu” được dạy khi đăng ký khóa học tại VSTEP EASY hoặc dàn bài bạn đã chuẩn bị sẵn từ trước. Tập tư duy linh hoạt khi luyện đề

Muốn xử lý tốt đề VSTEP lạ, bạn cần rèn luyện tư duy linh hoạt ngay từ lúc ôn tập. Thay vì chỉ luyện những đề dễ, quen thuộc, hãy chủ động chọn các đề mở, đề khó việc này sẽ giúp bạn làm quen với cảm giác “bí ý” và học cách xử lý trong tình huống thực tế.

Bên cạnh đó, đừng chỉ luyện viết mà hãy luyện brainstorm theo từng chủ đề lớn như môi trường, giáo dục, công nghệ, xã hội... Hãy tập thói quen bật ra 3-4 ý chính trong vòng vài phút cho mỗi chủ đề.
